Feature scope and availability
Float Translate includes features that run on your device and optional connections to online services. Cloud sync and account features may require you to sign in, connect to the internet, and use an available online service.
A third-party payment provider processes paid purchases. Pro does not include usage credits or fees charged by translation or AI services that you choose to connect. Those services remain subject to their own terms.
Your content and outputs
You keep ownership of the text, images, files, instructions, translations, and other content you process through the app or a connected service.
You are responsible for the content you submit, the services you connect, and how you review and use translation or AI results.
Third-party services
Float Translate may use third-party services for payments, sign-in, analytics, support, email, updates, hosting, translation, AI, and other optional connections.
Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their availability, prices, results, or data-handling practices.
Rules for using the product
- Do not use the app or account services for illegal, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive activity.
- Do not test for weaknesses, overload, bypass, or disrupt payment, account, Pro activation, update, or security services.
- Without written permission, do not automate access at scale, resell or sublicense the app, or provide hosted access to Pro features for others.
- Do not submit content or connect a service in a way that violates the law, another person's rights, the service provider's terms, or these terms.
When Pro access may be removed
Pro access may be removed if the related payment is refunded, reversed, disputed, or charged back, or if the account is used to abuse payment or activation services.
Reverse engineering, automated abuse, credential sharing, and reselling Pro access are not allowed.
Service changes
Features, integrations, account services, update services, and supported platforms may change over time.
If these terms change materially, the updated terms will be posted here with the effective date. Continued use after the effective date means the updated terms apply.
Disclaimers
The app, website, account services, support, updates, and integrations are provided as available and without promises that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit every use case.
Translation and AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Review outputs before relying on them, especially for legal, medical, financial, safety, or high-impact decisions.
Liability limits
To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer or data protection law.
